Subscriber FAQ

If you'd like to request changes to your season ticket package, please share your preferences via the request form. While changes are subject to availability and not guaranteed, this helps us prioritize your preferences.

If your seating request can be accommodated, updates will be reflected when your season tickets are delivered via email in June.

Renewing season ticket holders receive the same seats and show day as their current season tickets - unless you made a change request and it is able to be accommodated.

New season ticket holders will be placed in the best available seats in the selected price level after current season ticket holders have all renewed. Seats are assigned in the order purchases are received.

Current season ticket holders and new subscribers who complete their order by May 26 will receive their tickets by the end of June.

For orders placed after May 31, season tickets will be delivered within 2-3 weeks.

Full Payment: Renewing subscribers will be charged in full on June 1. New subscribers will pay in full at the time of purchase.

Payment Plan: Pay in four interest-free installments. Renewing subscribers will be charged 25% on June 1. New subscribers will be charged 25% at purchase. Remaining payments occur on July 1, August 3, and September 1.

Season ticket holders can exchange tickets for different dates and/or times of the same show.

Exchanges for the 2025/26 season are available now. Current subscribers can make an exchange by:

• Logging into your online account
• Emailing us at SeasonTix@BroadwaySpokane.com
• Calling our Customer Care team at 800-438-9705 between 10am and 5pm Monday–Friday

Please note: Exchanges must be submitted at least 72 hours before your scheduled performance.

Exchanges for the 2026/27 season will open by the end of June, after season tickets are delivered.

All updates will be sent via email. Please add info@news.BroadwaySpokane.com to your safe sender list. Check spam or junk folders if needed.

Subscribers can swap tickets from one show to another within the same season.

One show swap is allowed for the 2026/27 season. Swaps will open by the end of June, after season tickets are delivered, and must be requested by October 2.

Additional tickets for shows within the 2026/27 season ticket package will be available by the end of June, once all season tickets are delivered.

Special engagements will be available to subscribers starting June 9.

Don't forget! Subscribers receive waived service fees on additional tickets when using their exclusive promo code.

Once you purchase season tickets, your seats are automatically secured for the following season—no action is required. Subscribers for the 2025/26 season will automatically renew their seats for the 2026/27 season.

You may cancel your 2026/27 subscription before May 29, 2026. Canceling releases your seats to the public.
