Current subscribers will be charged for the 2025-26 season according to their bill plan preference on Saturday, May 31.

If you're a current subscriber, your first payment—25% of your total—is due by May 31. New subscribers will pay their first installment at the time of purchase. The remaining payments will be automatically charged on July 11, August 8, and September 12.

New subscribers will be assigned in the order purchases are received after renewing subscribers are placed.
Your seats will be reflected on your tickets when they are delivered via email on June 23.
Season ticket holders can exchange tickets for different dates of the same show. Exchanges will be available starting on June 23 or once tickets are received. You can make unlimited exchanges throughout the season, but exchanges MUST be requested at least 72 hours before your scheduled performance.
Each subscriber can swap one show for another in the 2025-26 season! All swaps must be requested by September 12, 2025. Show swaps will be available AFTER season tickets are delivered. When available, show swap requests may be made via phone or email. Cost differences may apply.
Current subscribers and new subscribers with orders placed by May 30 → Tickets delivered via email by June 23.
New orders placed after May 30 → Tickets delivered via email 2–3 weeks after order is placed.
Season ticket holders get early access to additional tickets for both season shows and special engagements! Starting in early June, you’ll have access to available special engagements and select season performances. After your subscription is confirmed on June 23rd, early access expands to all season performances-still before the public on-sale!
Season subscribers have until May 30 to cancel their season ticket package. Please note: canceling your subscription will release your held season seats and you will no longer be able to reserve them. To cancel, simply call our customer care team at 800.438.9705 or email us at SeasonTix@BroadwaySpokane.com. If you wish to cancel your season ticket package, you must do so by May 30.
