If you submitted an upgrade request and we were able to accommodate it, your updated seats and/or performance dates will be reflected on your tickets. If you're not satisfied with your seating placement, you may make unlimited exchanges throughout the season.

Season ticket holders can exchange tickets for different dates of the same show. Exchanges are now available through your online account or by contacting us (see contact information below). You can make unlimited exchanges throughout the season, but exchanges MUST be requested at least 72 hours before your scheduled performance.

Unique Seating Changes

Because The Lion King uses a unique seating map, your seats for this show may be in a different location than usual. Don’t worry, your seats for the other four shows remain the same as your regular season seats and will renew as usual for next season.

Extra Magic Package

The Extra Magic Package includes a premium orchestra seat and exclusive show merchandise. Already in premium seating? You can upgrade to receive the exclusive merchandise by paying the difference. Not in premium? Exchange into the package with standard upgrade costs.

Weekend Matinee Exchanges

Ticket exchanges for some weekend matinee performances of Disney’s The Lion King are limited. You can browse available options in your online account or contact us for assistance.

All subscribers originally scheduled for the Sunday evening performance of Back to the Future have been moved to the Tuesday evening performance. Due to the tour's schedule, there will not be a Sunday evening performance of this show. If Tuesday doesn’t work for you, you’re welcome to exchange into any other performance time.

Information will be sent via email. Please add info@news.BroadwaySpokane.com to your address book to ensure you receive important information about your season tickets. If you do not see emails in your inbox, check your spam and junk folders.

If you chose the payment plan option for your season tickets, the three remaining payments (each 25% of your order) will be charged to your card on file on July 11, August 8, and September 12.

Season Ticket Holders can swap tickets from one show to a different show within the same season. Subscribers are allowed one show swap during the 2025/26 season, which must be completed by September 12th.

You can now purchase additional tickets for any 2025/26 show with waived service fees. Check your email for your exclusive subscriber access.

The code is valid all season long, but we recommend ordering by July 14 for the best seat selection before tickets go on sale to the public.

Thanks to Auto-Renewal, your seats are already secured for next season - no action needed!

You may cancel your 2026/27 subscription anytime before the spring 2026 deadline (TBA). Please note: canceling will release your seats, and they will no longer be reserved for you. To cancel, simply call our customer care team at 800.438.9705 or email us at SeasonTix@BroadwaySpokane.com.
